Returns Policy

• If you wish to return any items, please contact us and ensure the items are returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Items returned after our 14-day return period will be issued an e-gift card instead of a refund.
• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable: hair accessories, tights, teething rings, comforters, headbands, hats, bloomers, bummies, and bonnets.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty.
• When returning items, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.
• Discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds for eligible returned items will be processed within 7 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse refunds, exchanges, or store credit for any items that appear to have been worn or damaged.
